2025 Rates

SweetWater Resort is open for business May 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025

SweetWater Seasonal Rental Options:

Beginning 2025, there will be some changes at SweetWater Resort.

First, our weekly rentals will be Friday to Friday.

Second, SweetWater will operate five (5) of our cabins seasonally.

Individuals or families will be able to rent cabins #1, #2, #3, #4A or #4B for the 2025 summer season during the dates of Friday, May 9, 2025 through Monday, September 15, 2025.

Reservations Information for SweetWater Resort:
  • Weekly stays – We rent Friday to Friday during the summer season (June 1 – August 31).
  • Split Weeks – Available during summer season (June 1 – August 31).  Guest must arrive or depart on a Friday. Partial week stays (based on availability/daily rates apply): Option A for a 3-night stay: arrive on Friday and depart Monday.  Option B for a 4-night stay: arrive on Monday and depart Friday.  When reservations are made early enough, the split week option works well for family reunions needing 1 or 2 cabins.
  • Daily Stays –  Minimum 3-night stay Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and a 2-night minimum the rest of the year.
  • Holidays – Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day weekend are 3-night minimum

Check-in time: 3:00 pm           Check-out time:  9:00 am

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Deposits are: Weekly (4-7 day) stay – $350 per cabin, 2 – 3 day stay – $200 per cabin

Discount for Homeschooling Families
(Discount is not applicable with any other special.)

We offer a 5% discount on lodging for homeschooling families for the following dates:  May 1 – June 1 and September 1 – November 30.   You must mention the Homeschool discount when making  your reservation.  The reservation must be in the homeschooling family’s name, and the discount applies only to payments made by the homeschooling family.

We honor a U.S. VET, booking a cabin, a 5% discount
(Must present proof of VET’s status. Discount is not applicable with any other special.)

Cancellation Policy:

  • ALL Deposits are non-refundable!  An exception will be made ONLY if the vacancy, that was created due to your cancellation, is re-rented in the same capacity as your original reservation. Please notify us immediately if it is necessary to cancel. The longer notice we have, the better chance of re-booking the unit in the same manner you rented it.
  • If the unit is rented in the same capacity as your original reservation, and we grant a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
  • You are responsible for the full payment of the entire period you have reserved.
  • We recommend “Travel Insurance.” in case you would need to cancel your vacation.   

Check-in and Check-out times:

  • Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 9 am any day. However, if there is no one checking into your cabin or out of your cabin on the day you arrive or depart, then check-in/check-out can be negotiable. Call or email to inquire.
  • October 1 – November 30 (Early Winter season) – check-in and check-out times can be extended upon request. Please call or email to inquire.
